Solved: R610 SAS 6/iR slot 0 won't enumerate - Dell Community SAS 6/iR controller showed a degraded RAID 1 with Phys Disk 0 failed. Replaced drive with a new drive and it shows missing in slot 0. Moved the new drive to slot 4 and added as a HOT spare and it is resyncing the RAID 1 MIRROR.
